I'm not a consultant who has only ever advised businesses.


I've spent more than 20 years working inside them.


From starting my career as a Marketing Apprentice through to becoming Group Managing Director, I've been responsible for sales, marketing, operations, commercial strategy and business growth across hospitality, property and service industries.


Those experiences shape everything I do today.


I understand how challenging it can be to balance people, customers, finances and growth while still trying to find time to work on the business rather than simply in it.


That's why I founded MMSO Consulting—to provide practical, supportive consultancy that helps business owners feel confident, supported and in control.


What does a Business Growth Consultant do?

A Business Growth Consultant works with business owners to identify opportunities to improve sales, marketing, operations and overall commercial performance. At MMSO Consulting, every recommendation is tailored to your business and focused on sustainable growth.


Do you specialise in hospitality businesses?

Yes. Hospitality is one of my specialist sectors, with extensive experience working alongside hotels, restaurants, wedding venues, golf clubs and leisure businesses.



Can you work with small businesses?

Absolutely. Many of my clients are independent businesses and SMEs looking for experienced commercial support without employing a full-time senior manager.


Do you only work in Lancashire?

No. While I'm based in Lancashire, I work with businesses throughout the UK, both in person and remotely.
