Welcome to MMSO Consulting Limited, where Steph, our Director, brings a wealth of diverse experience to the table. Her journey includes successful careers in Marketing, Management, Sales, Financial Services, Event Management, Real Estate, Hospitality, and Leisure.

Steph's story is all about hands-on experience in key business areas, including Directorships, Senior Management Positions, and Board Level. With a remarkable track record, she led one of her own companies to an impressive turnover of over £1.69m, navigating challenges while driving efficiency and growth to achieve strategic business goals.

After the birth of her first child, Steph recognised the importance of achieving a better work-life balance for her growing family. In 2021, she strategically sold her Lettings Business to Ascend Property Management, allowing her to focus on her business passions while balancing her family's needs. Subsequently, she sold her management company to her co-director, paving the way for a new chapter in helping other businesses achieve their goals and overcome challenges.

With her family now complete, in March 2023, Steph founded MMSO Consulting Limited, a culmination of her experiences and unwavering commitment to helping businesses succeed. This allows her to positively assist other businesses while maintaining the equilibrium she set out to achieve.
